We are enjoying our New Years trip to Austin. I have been intentional about listening to my gut, letting go of the need to do and just be, and have done a great job of greeting those around me, especially in the morning, which has been a struggle for me as memories from the past trigger me and I lose that confidence that I need to be a part of…[Read more]

Starting the year off with daily lesson #1 in a course in miracles workbook through a Marianne Williamson course I purchased. Always been wanting to do this but have never been able to get into the book the way its laid out. Also looking forward to healing thyself this year and getting intentional and specific about what I intend to create this…[Read more]

One more thing I’m noticing is that while I’m in idle time, I keep repeating in my consciousness things like…things are always working out in my favor…I am so grateful for…I am so appreciative of…things are great for me…I’m SO abundant in all areas of my life…I have amazing relationships with people…you get the point. These…[Read more]

It’s all about being in a state of non-resistance! Yesterday I had to have my seat assigned. I told myself I’m going to get a good seat. (Super unclear, really. Meaning, what’s a good seat). But I intended it non-the-less. So the guy at the counter said “B25” which I knew meant a middle seat. Interestingly enough, I kept my energy open. I didn’t…[Read more]

I’ve decided I’m not going to spend any time with friends during the trip. It’s super short, I want to be present to my mom and will use the time to write. That sounds like a better use of my time then running around trying to see some folks. Acknowledging that boundary here and will follow-through.
-
Love it. Honoring your boundaries and wishing you a great trip. Wishing you and your mom health and happiness.
-
Great boundary. I can relate.
-
I admire how you are so consistent with your intentions.
-
I’m always going within and listening to what wants to be expressed and honored. I just follow that guidance and follow-through so that the guidance knows I will align with it. Thanks for your acknowledgement.

Starting this afternoon and for the next few days, it will be a great time to clear clutter physically or in your mind. Also a good time for clearing space and making room for what you want in 2019. My hope is that you see how intentional this growth process really is. You truly get what you put in! I’m going to be doing some cleaning this…[Read more]

Sending prayers to your mama and all that she needs. I am also clearing right now. I did a hooponopono prayer ( Saturday intensive with the focus on this specific relationship) and it was surprise for me to see how healing the holiday was. I tend to want to concretize the good hoping that it doesn’t change back but all I can do is live in the…[Read more]

I’ve been practicing that same prayer too. It is so powerful! Great to hear you being intentional about being different within yourself. You truly hold the key to being at peace or not.

I cleaned and organized two closets last weekend. Got rid of some old drinking memorabilia and ex boyfriend stuff that I don’t want or need to hold onto anymore. Felt moments of sadness but overall lighter and renewed. Sometimes I think I struggle to let go of stuff when I don’t know what the next step I need to do is.
Prayers for you and you…[Read more]

You are never too far from your path. Way to recommit to your practices that support you in feeling connected to Self. When you are connecting to yourself, you can allow your connection to something higher or greater. Lost sounds like disconnection from yourself and that’s a great warning sign for you that you have gone off-course from yourself. I…[Read more]

So much decluttering I need to do. Went to the library with my family today with no intentions of borrowing any books (on account of the gazillion unread books I have on my shelf and my kindle) and, after having read this post earlier, decided to sign out a book on decluttering after stumbling across it while killing time browsing… we’ll see…[Read more]

I have been getting some much needed rest and relaxation, as well as honoring my commitment to my doctor and dentist appts. I am so grateful that we create a space full of love and support. You can see and feel how “loving” heals. We must learn how to be loving to ourselves, bring loving to others and let go of the need to love someone else enough that they heal. When we can do these things from our Authentic Self, transformation happens! Happy Holidays to each of you…[Read more]

Grateful for this space too. Continuing to work diligently through the challenges I experience trying to love myself and others. But also acknowledging that I am doing the best I know how to do, as consciously as I know how. Happy holidays to all.

Also grateful for this space & all of you! Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays to all. Thanks Bev for spreading the love and growth of self and others with all that you teach, guide and lead. Simply grateful for the abundance.

Hi everyone. Wow, it’s hard to believe that 2018 is nearly over! It has been a year of huge personal growth for me, and I anticipate 2019 to be much the same. Here are the answers to my journal prompts from the last call:
If you were looking back on 2019, what would you be saying about yourself?
I would say that I was a woman standing in h…[Read more]

Thanks for sharing Karen, I love how intuitive your answers feel and self-honoring. I can so relate to letting go of the job and all that comes with it, I feel like that may be coming up for me too. Love witnessing you be you!

I appreciate your thoughtful answers. I hear you saying yes more to the things that feel in alignment with your truth, stretching yourself and getting creative. It’s going to a good year!

Checking in…how are you doing?! I know the holidays are upon us and wanted to let you know that I’m here. I will be checking in on periodically so if you need any support you know you have a safe space to vent or talk through any situation.
-
Hi Bev. Doing okay over here. I just listened to the last call and shared my journal prompts. I’ve had some moments of sadness this week. I worked through them. I’m allowing myself some much needed rest over the holidays. Just trying to let the love in and receive.
-
Yes, allowing yourself to BE with it all. Be the love and let it in. Great practice Karen.
-
-
Thanks for posting this Bev, helps to know you’ll be available for support 🙂 Going to catch up on the last call and do some more of the self-worthiness videos over my break to stay in the right mindset.
-
Love how you are supporting yourself.

Great winter solstice question…”What actions and patterns am I seeing myself do are actually reinforcing what I don’t want?
-
The pattern of staying vague and unclear about what I want means that I am more focussed on what I dont want, and since I’m much more clear on what I don’t want than I am on what I do, I attract much more of what I don’t want into my life and further distance myself from my potential.
-
Sooo good Wes. This is such a great acknowledgement. If you can focus on what you don’t want then you can focus on what you want! You get to decide what you focus your intention and attention on. This is huge! You are really identifying when you get off course in your process.
-
-
Along similar lines to what Wes is saying, I’ve noticed a pattern of holding on to negative thoughts out of fear of not changing if I let them go. Yet when I’ve practiced focusing on positive events they become expansive and I am actually more likely to do things that bring about the changes I want.
-
Love hearing you challenge and find evidence of the opposite.
-
-
My always present pattern of opening my mouth when it should remain closed. Ha. Have to remind myself that when someone is taking to me, a reply on my part may bring something that I don’t want or involvement that I don’t want. Learning to let what is said to just be.
-
Good one! We don’t need to rescue, fix or share our two cents all the time. I’m a master at just listening and asking questions and keeping myself out of it! LOL!

Incredibly grateful for this group and this space. As close to “peace” as I’ve ever experienced in this lifetime and perhaps more importantly, evidence that peace is possible and within reach. When we are together, we let go! It’s about creating more and more experiencing where we can let go, allow love and enjoy. I’m SO happy that we all create that space here!

Beautiful process…I love that we can just BE together. Love, acceptance, non-judgment reciprocated and honored. May we continue to bring this experience to others outside of this circle.

My husband just told me that I would be a good relationship coach. I looked back at him and without hesitation said, “I haven’t spoken to my brother in over 5 years, am estranged from most of my family and some friends, and struggle with finding a deeper connection with you at times. I think I’m the one that needs the coach!” LOL. But so true…[Read more]

Been listening to a lot of Abraham Hicks today with my husband…listening to her talk about depression and anxiety. It’s all about energy and frequency. And depression is about getting so deep into the thoughts that don’t serve us that it piles up and depresses the system. She talks a lot about depression being about resistance, a resistance to…[Read more]

I can totally relate to that interpretation.

Me too. Depression for me has very much been about identifying with the thoughts that don’t serve me and resisting life.
-
I can relate. There was a time in my life that my depression and anxiety were so overwhelming I could not bring myself to go to work some days, and if I did manage to make it to the grocery store I would turn around and go back home if the parking lot was too full. Everything was a huge ordeal and I would definitely call it resisting life.…[Read more]

Karen, I feel and sense that you’ve done so much work on yourself. I can hear how intentional you are being with yourself and life.
