    • So far so good, with only a few minor hiccups. I started a 31 day squat, lunge, and push-up challenge. I’m really surprised at how much of a difference it has made already. My issue is that when I exercise more, I tend to let go a bit on my eating habits, and when I focus on the eating habits, the exercise isn’t so great. I wish I could say…[Read more]

      • The SAME thing happens to me. When I focus on nutrition, my eating tends to go a bit. For me personally, focusing on nutrition and doing some exercise has given me my best results.   • How do you know you can trust your perceptions? This came up in the Course In Miracles and find this really interesting. Would love to hear your feedback.

    • Our perceptions are filtered through our own lens which is based on our own individual experiences and learnings of life. So we’ll never perceive the same event or words or actions or whathaveyou in the same way as other people, who in turn will all perceive it differently from us and from one another.   • Just got done with my in-person 3 day event! Had some mis-steps but it was an overall incredible experience. We talked a lot about “permission to be imperfect” and it was a great theme for all of this past week. Looking forward to being with you all next Tuesday! How are things going for you?

        • I was reading this morning about how our anger is sometimes a sign that we need to get out of or distance ourself from a dangerous situation.         • That means so much to me. Thank you Bev. I resisted taking this step for a long time, refusing to see what my wife was seeing. Now, it feels like the right next step to take moving forward. Feeling a lot of negative side effects in this first week but at peace with it as I ride it out.

  • How do or can you honor each day?

    • By fulfilling my responsibilities to myself and others. For me, that has been my cue that I’m honoring each day, especially since in the past I had let myself, and them, down.

  • I’m feeling held by The Universe. Abraham talks about “The Universe will start to yield to you.” I’m experiencing that now. I’m keeping myself more in the loving.
