I’ve been going to the gym in the mornings. I like getting out of bed and doing something good for myself right away. Physically I’m getting stronger and it feels good.
Jennifer, I had to make myself get out of bed every morning for a month to make it a habit, even if I tell myself I can take it easy when I get there. I knew if I took one day off it would be too easy to just quit. Now I feel like it’s just a part of my regular morning routine.
I called and inquired about EMDR therapy and am researching whether it could be a useful tool in my healing journey and to breathe new life into my healing process.

Wonderful, isn’t it nice to feel like your body is getting stronger. I’m having the same with yoga. My muscles are coming back:)

Schools out for the summer !!! I’m thankful and blessed to work with adults who desire to learn and grow!!!
I have been spending a great deal of time preparing for my move. I need to remember to at least take a half a day to work on me.
