I was so excited to be able to be on live and then computer issues! To fix, I literally had to close everything I had opened and shut my computer down for a half hour then restart. Sound was working this morning but not when I got home! It works now. I am sorry I missed everyone….. 🙁

This was incredibly empowering. The revelation that I get to choose not to believe the stories I have been telling myself and do it without judgment and self-forgiveness is beyond emotional for me. As I sit here trying to reflect on the specific story of ‘not being good enough – “who do you think you are, you can’t do this’ another story pops up to defend the first. Its very odd. That story is “so you think your better than everyone else” now. I know this one will put up a huge fight, but I will be persistent because I am being armed with the tools and support that will allow me to let the old stories go and choose empowering ones. I do in my heart believe I am good enough and that I have a lot to offer others, now its to disarm the battle in the mind. I can’t begin to find the words to thank you for arming me with this information.
