I’m elated to share that I was offered a new position last evening which I accepted! Even though it’s within my same department, due to the re-org we’ve lost people and will be gaining new team members… so I’m approaching this as an opportunity for growth and to continue to take ownership at work (which I do 100% at work, if not always in my personal life). I’m so relieved this stressful situation is behind me! But more importantly I have tools to get me through these situations.
Yay, yay, yay! Doing a happy dance for you. I’m telling you, there is something to be said of staying positive, doing our inner work and focusing on improving. Your outer world is a reflection of inner reality. I’m thinking some of the recent changes you’ve made personally are working themselves out. I’m so happy for you. I’m so proud of the changes you’ve been making and taking more ownership of your Self. This is fantastic feedback for you!
I commented to my boyfriend last evening that I know I was able to get through this stressful time so well and perform so well interviewing is because I’m not drinking. Talk about positive reinforcement!
What an amazing awareness for you Stephanie?! Had you been drinking you most likely would have seen different results. Your choices lead to a better outcome. Now that’s ownership baby! You are doing it!
