    I think I might be having a light bulb moment with the internal clutter. I am sitting here thinking about my progress on this during the month of April. I can tell you that at the start of the month I had a lot of anxiety over some relationships in my life. The way I’ve been manifesting decluttering my mind is through the same approach I use with my physical environment: when I encounter a thought or a feeling, i ask myself “do I need to hang onto this for any reason or can I pitch it”? Sometimes I found myself doing this several (dozen) times over the course of a thought or a feeling, but I think that helps to keep me a little more grounded with respect to these relationships.
