I have finally completed Week 2. Three things I am going to work on this month with respect to clearing external clutter: 1. I will purchase binders and insert all of my various course work (I am working on a few different courses right now and it seems paper is in piles all around me); 2. I will organize my home office; 3. I will complete a meal plan and an exercise plan for the remainder of April AND follow through.
For my Internal Clutter I commit to the following: 1. I will begin a daily meditation practise; 2. I will write for at least half an hour a day; 3. I will set 3 goals for the remainder of 2017 and fill out a goal sheet for each. Okay – this is feeling GOOD!! Thank you! 🙂
Great list. I’m curious about the inner clutter. You provided things you will do to clear the inner clutter. What is the inner clutter that needs to be cleared? So what do those activities help you do?
Forgot that part! The inner clutter I am clearing is chaos, confusion and apprehension. I am also hoping to open my creativity channels to move forward with some projects that are burning in my soul.
