    I think I’ve settled on my 3 internal and external clutter areas… external clutter: 1. Clean my car, 2. Clean out closet and switch out seasonal clothes, and 3. Spring clean front yard flower beds. As far as internal clutter: 1. Finally letting go of my fear of abandonment, 2. Acceptance of a few experiences in my childhood, and 3. Finally let go of feeling like I need my dad’s approval.

    • This is fantastic! Just the intention to “finally” let go of these things can be freeing. I tell myself, “I’m making peace with my past.” These are great things to complete.
