Hey y’all! Just checking in and catching up. I am so excited to be with all of you on Facebook. For me, it will be an easier way to connect, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the new platform brings even more opportunities for you, Bev. Love seeing your business grow and always rooting for you.

I listened to the ownership call and learned so much. Thank you, Bev, for the awesome handout. Very helpful. I have had a specific situation that applies to ownership. I feel I did a good (albeit awkward) job of taking ownership. I’m learning to show up, look people in the eye, and do what I need to do, even if I stumble all the way through it. It’s been an extremely difficult and overwhelming process. A lot of my growth process is very painful.

On a personal note, I met one of my goals this week of switching up my exercise routine and trying an elliptical machine. I told my Dr in January that I would give it a try. I think I’m really going to love it! That surprised me a bit. Huge win for me though as I’m seeing such a different attitude in myself. I’m really beginning to let myself truly own this new person that I am. Have been having some conversations with loved ones in my life letting them know that these changes are here to stay. Tough to see some of their reactions. I’m sad for them, but have met them go with love. I feel like I am in the “thriving” stage that Bev described in her emails and posts. I’m digging in and creating the life I love and want…truly want!

There’s something else I was going to share, but it seems to have slipped my mind, so I’m going to watch the other call and see what comes up for me. I can really relate to changing that story in my head and taking action. It took a lot of practice for me and it doesn’t come without discomfort, but it has been worth it and becomes much easier with time.

Y’all are always in my heart and thoughts. Looking forward to connecting again soon 🙂
