    I continue to work with my physical goals this week. I tracked 11 miles last week and well on my way to complete 15 miles this week. My body is able, it’s my mind that I am working on. In the past, I passed out twice and was taken to the hospital. So my process is working with my thoughts while I am working out. One day at a time, staying present in the process. Good movement in my mind and body.
