    Your daily prompt is to incorporate some spiritual activity in your practice today. If you do so anyway, try something new. Ideas are sitting in prayer or meditation, reading scripture or a passage from a book. Lighting a candle. Engaging aromatherapy. Things of this nature that get you connected to Self and something higher. Share below.

    • I already meditate daily so what I did as a result of this prompt is unearthed a book that I’ve owned for years on end without ever having opened. The book is called A Course In Miracles and over the years, I’ve read many spiritual books that cite this one as their main influence or inspiration. I read the six page introduction to the book and previewed the contents. I was reminded of why I bought the book in the first place and also of my journey over the years.

    • I’ve been super-stressed at work as we are going through a re-organization and have to interview for jobs; our current ones are being eliminated. I’ve been a wreck and trying to stay mindful and present, but I’ve bent putting off actually sitting still to meditate. Today, I will. Thanks for the little push, Bev!

      • I’ve found I can focus better and accomplish more if I take time to regroup and renew my mind. Hope you get the job you want.

      • The stillness is in support of you staying centered no matter what’s going on in life. Make stillness a practice for yourself and watch your perspective of the world start to become less stressful. I’m so freakin’ happy to have you here Stephanie and so proud of your ownership.

    • I’ve been meditating on & off, usually a guided meditation or something but I tend to rush through a little bit. I’m going to add lighting a candle and give myself a little more time to just be.
