Self Care this last week:
Tracking my days with how I am spending my time…..
giving myself credit for the growth mindset choices. Specifically physical activity and making meals from scratch.
Having an honest conversation with my husband carefronting how we could meet needs in a more effective way. Huge awareness of what we want to let go of and also what we could invite in to better grow our relationship. Owning what is our together and separate….HUGE.

Holding a deep compassionate conversation with a friend who was able to share and reflect her experience and to make equal space for mine. Magic happened in this 1 1/2 hour conversation that we both know didn’t come only from us. It’s been a long time since the I have been so inspired to grow and change. Grateful for new connections and supernatural surprises.

Back to chopping wood and carrying water…..I need action to dance with the self reflection that I have been seeing. I want to keep it simple with action. The little things become the big things. I wore a dress to a birthday this weekend and my 3 year old grandson, Henry said
” Gaga you look so beautiful”. My heart is still expanding over this simple comment and the fact that he usually sees me in yoga pants….. I did feel beautiful, because I took the time to feel beautiful before I even left the house. He was the one that noticed:)

A cherry bath bomb bath with good music that soothes my soul. The Cd is called Echos and it has bilateral beats that my system attunes to and relaxes.
I watched Heal on Netflix and loved it. Will be watching it again as it holds so many powerful truths.
Clearing continues and doing the mundane tasks that are part of my life. I think about the reason why I am doing these things and why I value the action. Helps me to see beyond the mundane.
