My favorite sentence is a long one 🙂 I exhibit behaviors that demonstrate spiritual growth: I am more conscious and mindful, I am more patient with and compassionate to myself and others, I have an ever increasing recognition of my ego and course correct as soon as possible, and I stay grounded and in control of my emotions.
