Celebrating 6 months of sobriety today 🙂 If you would’ve asked me which area I wanted to focus on in this group first or thought I needed the most, “spiritual” probably would’ve been my last choice. But going into week 4, I realize this is exactly the path I need to be on to heal & grow. 6 months ago I was so disconnected from myself but that’s changing now, so I just wanted to express my gratitude again for this group & support and all of the work you’ve put into this Bev. Looking forward to more work & healing with you all 🙂

  Yes, spiritual has been the foundation to my healing. 6 months is amazing. You are giving yourself some space to get to know yourself and connect with yourself. That is amazing.
