This weekend, make sure to nail down how you will continue to engage the Spiritual Level. As we proceed into next month’s topics we want to incorporate something new with your already established spiritual practice. Meaning, we don’t want to drop the ball on the spiritual level…we want to work from it:)
I’ve set a reminder on my phone to read my living vision every day as I seem to have forgotten about it ever since I wrote it. This post reminded me of it. I’m also continuing my tapping practice through the weekend and getting away to meditate. Tomorrow, my wife and I are taking the kids on a 3 day trip into the mountains and I’ll state my intentions to my wife later tonight after work to ask for time during the trip to honor these practices. I’d also like to connect deeper with my family in the outdoors on a more meaningful level so I’ll hold the intention to be aware of opportunities that support this.
