I think it’s a feeling to be alive and congruent that calls me toward the work. A big aha moment for me was learning that understanding is love. I did a lot of journaling and that was the theme that kept coming up. I didn’t want to process skip, I wanted to engage with what was presenting itself to be known and integrated. I know that Is why I love the Lab. It is a place that takes my process past my journaling or experience and brings it to a safe, container that I can been seen and witnessed.
Being around others who are inspired and doing their soul work.
Honestly, when I am triggered and feeling anger build up within me, I run to my soul work.
Hats off, that’s usually when people run from it! That’s speaks volumes on your growth and commitment. Awesome!
