    Prompt for the day is to reflect on our call and let us know an issue that created upset for you that you will use the Ownership Process around.

    • For the first time, I am going to use the ownership process around a situation at work that has happened a few times where my upset is irritation with a coworker who doesn’t do what she’s supposed to do and expects me to do her job for her. I can already see my part in feeling responsible for things that aren’t my responsibility and that I get to let go of some control stuff too. I will go through the process around that situation and my intention is the next time we get a similar work request that I will react differently and really not react or let it upset me at all.

      • This is incredible. I totally relate to being over-responsible…in the past! I’ve done tons of work around it myself. This ownership process will support you in loving that part of you that has always felt responsible while healing it and not needing to continue to take responsibility for others. Keep noticing that part, acknowledging it and sending it love with the intention to make peace with it.

        • I think when the video and ownership process slides are available that I’ll work my process around the upset I feel about my parents relationships, both between each other and how it relates to the relationships we have with each other.
