I celebrated 2 years of sobriety last Thursday, crazy to think I was only 6 months sober when I joined the Lab! When I found Bev & the Lab I was struggling with figuring out if I would be able to drink again ever, had an incredible amount of judgement toward myself and my past, and felt really alone. I’m working on my goals for the next 3-6 months to align with my long term goal of living a sober, peaceful, abundant life in which I continue to stretch myself and grow and connect. I’ve come a long way and can actually say I’m proud of myself. Thank you Bev, Wes, Jennifer, and everyone who has shared and supported here!! I’ll post my goals & skills I want to work on a little later today.
