    I learned something new today. I’ve been recording episodes of the show “Classical Stretch” on PBS. I was curious and wanted to know what it was all about. So, I’ve done two of the 20 minutes workouts so far, and today I learned that our feet have a big role to play in how our neck functions. Apparently, if we don’t exercise our feet we may experience neck pain, so she was encouraging us to work our feet every day and especially wiggle our toes. Who knew? So glad I was curious and taped the program. I really enjoy doing the workouts and my body feels so good afterwards.

    • Great learning! I didn’t know that. Interestingly enough, I rub my feet a lot. Partially because I’ve done reflexology in the past and I like how it feels. Perhaps there is a connection for me in rubbing my feet and loosening my neck and shoulder muscles;)
