Work was awesome this week! I think I felt more a part of our team then I ever have in 13 years. Seeing the smiles on my bosses faces age really feeling like I contributed felt right to me. I experienced some passive aggressive type bullying from my peers when they noticed those changes in me, but I just stood tall and continued on with my goals. I’m learning to be true to my values and I truly do believe in and support the work our school district is doing and the way we are headed. It feels like doors are opening for me and I am grateful. It almost feels taboo to love your job, but I DO and I’m not ashamed of it.
