    We discussed “Time-in” in our practice.
    What percentage of the day do you spend in “Time-in?” What activities help you with “Time-in?” How might you focus on “Time-In” this month?

    • Lately, I haven’t spent as much of my day in time in as I have in the past and as I need to maintain sound mental health. Prior to a few months ago, I spent at least a few hours a day in some form of time in, in the form of meditating, reading and journaling. Lately, all I’ve managed is 15 minutes a day to meditate. The difference in my mental, emotional and spiritual health has been staggering and I’m looking so forward to returning to spending a much greater portion of my day in time in. I’m hopeful I can return to who I was before, or even stronger.
