Accountability check-in….
I made it to the gym or ran outside 3x this week, for at least 30 minutes. I feel great about that, and feel good in my body because of it.
I drank more water, yesterday I chose water over pop in two different situations because I wanted to get to 5 glasses. I drank pop a couple of times since Wednesday but I felt so much better on my run this morning I think because i’m more hydrated this week 🙂How’s everyone else doing??
This is great! Interestingly enough, I chose water over pop one day and I’m thinking it may be because we had this conversation early in the week:) I’ve been on point with my eating and exercise so that feels good.
