More amazing takeaways from my coaching session today. I’m using self development courses, not a bad thing in themselves, as a crutch or a means of filling my time and attention to avoid doing the work that matters to me, because this work represents a risk and therefore, the unknown, whereas the courses I take represent the safe and familiar. Another block to starting a business is a belief that I’m not capable of measuring up in interpersonal relationships that would form the basis of that business. This is actually something that I use judgments that come up in relationship to others mean about myself to validate the story I’ve always believed. There’s also a piece of me that resists anything related in any way to physical world reality because I’m afraid to face and embrace my humanness which I tend to shun in favor of my spiritual being. In fact, they aren’t mutually exclusive. I can’t have one without the other. Also discovered that I want to invest myself into something meaningful that is a means of which I am expressing who I am, in service to others while discovering more about myself without attachment to it meaning anything. It can just be a reflection of my highest Self and that means compassion for my humanness as a means of expressing my highest Self. Self love also came up. There can be no self love in the presence of judgment. I need to go deeper into my attachment to judgment so that I can compassionately deconstruct it and disidentify from it. These are a few that come to mind.
Wow lots of great new awareness!
Tons of amazing learnings. Shunning humanness is actually your ego/humannenss. Your spiritual being is love and accepts and embraces all of you. When you live from the spiritual being then there is no judgment only love as you mentioned above. Great stuff!
