I’ll probably need to revisit this course but the takeaways I have from completing it this first time through, that come to mind, are just how purposeful and meaningful this work is. It completely makes sense to me where a few years ago it may not have. I love the personal ownership and responsibility for our experience piece. This is an ongoing part of my process but one that I’m fully embracing. Doesn’t mean I’m always taking that responsibility 100% of the time but I’m 100% willing to look at the times that I don’t and course correct so that I’m learning from it. Accepting myself is getting so much better too. I’ve been very aware this week at work of my self judgments and diligent in releasing them or reframing them or using self forgiveness. All these themes have been playing into my experience lately and I’m grateful for how committed I am to these tools and to you for this course. Definitely need to uplevel in my self commitment, specifically as it regards launching my lifework, and looking forward to that being the next phase of my process.
This work is SO purposeful. I relate that very much. I have the pleasure of going over these things daily and sharing them with others. It makes for an incredible experience. You get to free yourself from the judgments, that the self-responsibility piece. It’s great to hear you choosing to reframe and release faster. I also enjoy hearing you acknowledge yourself and your growth. Next steps are engaging your life’s work. That’s exactly where you are in your process so all is well!
