    What do you do when you are feeling off?

    • Gosh, sometimes I listen to something inspiring like a podcast or youtube video, find a friend to text or call or meet up with, spend time with my cousin’s kids (can’t be in a funk around so much joy), comfort food (too often lol), go for a walk, journal everything out of my head, breathe, and sometimes I grab a blanket and take a nap and try to wake up and shake it off. Lately I’ve been doing more gratitude lists too..

    • If I need to do something immediately I pray/meditate. Later I will journal. Taking a walk helps with everything.
