My husband and I witnessed a domestic violence situation today that my husband broke up by honking his horn and calling the cops. I immediately felt the fight or flight response in my body. Witnessing something like that is really triggering for me since many of you know I great up in a d.v. situation with my parents. I know this is a safe place to share and just felt like I needed to express what happened in words and get the feeling out. Thanks for listening!

  Thank you for sharing Bev. I would have felt fight or flight too. My marriage ended with domestic violence. I cannot even watch a movie on TV that has DV in it.
