Hi everyone! My name is Wes and I am stoked to be a part of this group. I’ve been a huge supporter and benefactor of Bev and her services for 3 years now when I came to know her through an old website/community called onehealth that changed my life. I was attracted to onehealth initially in order to receive mental health support for chronic depression, anxiety (social in particular), and a recently discovered condition that I had diagnosed myself with called avoidant personality disorder, a discovery without which I never would have stumbled across her website. I connected almost instantly with Bev’s compassion, kindness, values and specifically her gentle yet powerful way of showing up for herself and others in the community. She’s continued to be a source of inspiration and hope in what has turned out to be a rollercoaster healing and recovery process that has brought purpose, challenge and joy to my life which once seemed to be a life of nothing but obstacles and roadblocks and victim consciousness. Through my connection with Bev, I developed a huge love and appreciation for coaching and was inspired to up level myself through coaching training, which I completed last year. I remain uncertain of what I will do with it but hope to continue with more training at some point in the future. For now, I continue integrating what I learned into my self care practice as I look for new opportunities and challenges from which to continue learning and upleveling. Now, specifically, and in the contexts of this community, I’ll be up leveling my mindset and my vulnerability. I hope to do this through using this community to share, support and connect with you all so we can really come to see how all of life is for learning. Look forward to growing with all of you. Much love
OMG, I can’t even believe it’s been three years since we first got to know one another. Amazing. And even more amazing to see how far you’ve come in being authentic and sharing yourself with others. You have such great connection with people which makes me know that you have connection with yourself. You’ve been such a consistent support to me and my own journey Wes. I’m so grateful for you!
Or has it been 2 years? Can’t even remember now. Doesn’t matter. Seems like a different lifetime all together in a lot of ways. Grateful for you too and for your amazing journey ☺️
