I wouldn’t have thought of this as a creative outlet but connecting with others in various groups on Facebook through writing vulnerably in either my own posts or comments on others posts gives me a lot of insight into myself. And insight comes about from creativity. I also like being creative in my responses to triggers that I encounter. Getting curious about my reactions or even other people’s reactions and noting what comes up could be creative in that I’m creating a different experience by considering alternate possibilities and ultimately choosing not to make it mean anything about myself or the other person.
