    Finally caught up on the self-dialogue and the positive intention call. I did a self-dialogue with sadness and depression, which was great because it allowed me to view them as two separate processes and see the positive intention of both. Sadness told me I can trust that it’ll leave when I let myself feel it and let it move through me and depression told me it’s a reminder to stay in the moment and check-in with gratitude. The positive intention tool is a great way for me to pause and check-in with what an emotion or behavior is showing me instead of just having a knee-jerk reaction and then doing something I’ll regret. I also like using it to look at someone else’s behavior like Wes said on the call. Good stuff!

    • You got some wonderful guidance from your emotions. Make sure to listen to their feedback and implement because it will support you lessen both. I too enjoy knowing that people have a positive intention in their behaviors. It particularly helps when I’m interacting with my mom:) This will be a great tool for the holidays!
