Glad you’re back! Hope you had an awesome time in San Diego. Loved your dialogue. My dialogue is mostly done but I’ve been judging it which is keeping me from completing it.
Thank you so much for bringing this forward Wes. If judgement is coming up, I suggest you do an extension of the dialogue and now dialogue with judgment. Yup, you heard me right. This is the perfect example of how you can use the dialogue to work with what is coming up for you, which you expressed as judgment. Get curious and ask your judgment what you would like to know. This is a great example for anyone who may have another part come forward during the exercise. Work with your parts! There is a positive intention in ALL of them:)
