It only gets in the way when it remains unconscious. When it’s recognized for what it is, it opens up possibilities for healing by showing where healing is needed. When it remains unconscious and habitual, the judgment becomes a story we tell ourselves about how we’re not worthy of healing or we’re not capable of healing or healing is too much work or healing isn’t worth the effort or we don’t need healing that bad or etc. etc.
I think for me judgment keeps me stuck. Stuck in my story and unworthiness, and judgement comes up like a resistance to healing.
You can free yourself through neutrality and non-judgment!
