    Hi everyone, due to being in Atlanta for the hurricane, I will be posting video and self-dialogue next week on 9/18. Until then, I’d love to hear more about your 3 foot action step for the month as well as which emotion you will dialogue with to gain greater perspective and peace.

      I feel all over the place thinking about this month and a 3ft toss. Sadness was the first emotion that came to mind, and I feel like I’ve been experiencing a lot more sadness/depression lately or I’m just more aware of it. But I also experience guilt a lot, I don’t even know if that’s an emotion? I think for my 3 ft toss I’m going to journal about what emotions I’m experiencing and practice staying neutral. I’m open to seeing what comes up as I go along.

      • Guilt is an emotion. I think learning more about your feelings and practicing staying neutral is a great 3 foot toss. The positive intention will also be support to you in learning from your emotions.
