I watched the tracking video and started tracking what I’ve eaten today on an app called my fitness pal, which has been on my phone forever but without being used ever. So far I haven’t changed my diet. Just decided to learn how to track using the app…. Physical has always been my most challenging dimension and I not only resist this area but actively sabotage it out of spite and resentment and disconnection. I’ve always felt betrayed and belittled and disgusted by my physical humanness and others humanness. And I’ve always ignored it’s needs in favor of my spiritual development. So this month will be challenging for me…. my 3 foot toss will be tracking my food daily, adding 2 servings of fruits and vegetables to a diet that currently boasts 0 servings, replacing coke with water and making use of a gym membership that we gained access to when we bought memberships to a local wave pool and indoor playground and sports complex for the kids. I also want to be conscious of, observe, record and forgive the many, many judgments I’ll icome up against this month.
Great steps! Look for the evidence that you are supporting yourself on the physical level this month.
