I quit drinking 62 days ago, shortly after I met Bev. I finally realized my drinking addiction was not my fault, I’m not somehow different from anyone else simply because I became addicted to an addictive substance. The change has resulted in a new purpose, which for now, is to be accountable for my life. I’d been lacking serious accountability.…[Read more]

    • Congratulations on your 62 days Stephanie! Love your willingness to be accountable to yourself, for yourself. Much support to you on your journey.

    • Yes! I love hearing you own your accountability to yourself. The Lab is a great way to be accountable to yourself and see others do the same.

    • Congratulations on becoming more accountable. That’s the place where power lives!

Congratulations Bev on this amazing membership site. I am your biggest fan….and sending you tons of positive energy.

    • So agree!

    • Holy cow! I’m surrounded by love! I shared on FB that I had been feeling some fear the week before this went live. I was feeling my container expand and at first my mind was like, “it’s too much.” I didn’t buy into that thought because I know this is an act of receiving love as much as it’s about facilitating a space for all of you. We all win…[Read more]

  • I’m reading through the one year Bible and doing the devotional that goes with it. I wasn’t planning to go to prayer service tonight, but might in light of this prompt. Tomorrow I’m teaching a class of preschool – first grade kids at church. It’s been a long time since I’ve taught anything and never to preschool kids.

    • Have fun with the preschoolers Crystal. I’m the parent of a pre schooler and a first grader. They’re at such a fun age! Get ready for lots of questions and unique perspectives that may just challenge your own, in a new and fun way ☺️

      • Thanks Wes! I used to teach kindergarteners through 6th graders in the same class every Sunday morning. I have an object oriented lesson and related crafts. The best part is they get to take home a reminder in the form of a stuffed animal. Kids remember better if the can relate learning to objects. It’ll be awesome! I’m very excited!

    • So proud of you Crystal! I see you engaging your life in renewed ways! Love that you are working on renewal and taking action on it. Way to go!

  • Don’t forget we have our first webinar today. You have register 1x at https://app.webinarjam.net/register/20649/f1be72b805. You will then have the log-in for the webinars for the remainder of the year. The webinar starts at 1pm PST/2pm MST/3pm CST/4pm EST. Make sure to register to get log-in info and replays.

  • Your daily prompt is to incorporate some spiritual activity in your practice today. If you do so anyway, try something new. Ideas are sitting in prayer or meditation, reading scripture or a passage from a book. Lighting a candle. Engaging aromatherapy. Things of this nature that get you connected to Self and something higher. Share below.

    • I already meditate daily so what I did as a result of this prompt is unearthed a book that I’ve owned for years on end without ever having opened. The book is called A Course In Miracles and over the years, I’ve read many spiritual books that cite this one as their main influence or inspiration. I read the six page introduction to the book and…[Read more]

    • I’ve been super-stressed at work as we are going through a re-organization and have to interview for jobs; our current ones are being eliminated. I’ve been a wreck and trying to stay mindful and present, but I’ve bent putting off actually sitting still to meditate. Today, I will. Thanks for the little push, Bev!

      • I’ve found I can focus better and accomplish more if I take time to regroup and renew my mind. Hope you get the job you want.

      • The stillness is in support of you staying centered no matter what’s going on in life. Make stillness a practice for yourself and watch your perspective of the world start to become less stressful. I’m so freakin’ happy to have you here Stephanie and so proud of your ownership.

    • I’ve been meditating on & off, usually a guided meditation or something but I tend to rush through a little bit. I’m going to add lighting a candle and give myself a little more time to just be.

  • I’m Crystal and excited to be here to learn and up level!

    • Great to have you Crystal! It’s been a blessing to see you continue to work on yourself. Look how far you’ve come. And can’t wait to see what you create in your life.

  • Hello everyone! I’m excited to be a part of this with you all, nervous, but excited 🙂 Looking forward to stretching myself & growing and supporting all of us along the way. Thank you Beverly for putting your vision out there!
