  • Today’s daily prompt: What quality do you bring to an online group such as this one?
You’ve all been doing a great job of checking and sharing yourself. So grateful for the continued communication and contact.

  • Today was not my most connected day. Wasn’t my best reflection of who I want to be. This is ok because I already knew that the journey isn’t a straight line. But if this was an “off” day, it’s still leaps and bounds ahead of what my off days used to look like. So I acknowledge there’s growth .

  • Daily prompt: Reflect on when you feel more spiritually connected.

    • I’m realizing more & more that I feel most connected spiritually when I’m in nature. The stars, trees, the lake…I feel the most peace and am able to reflect & connect to my higher self and the universe when I’m in nature.

    • I’m my most connected spiritually when I’m reading something that resonates with me as truth, something that feels authentic to me.

  • I’m sharing my living vision for the sake of transparency and vulnerability. It was written in half an hour, out of curiousity, because I had doubts about how to construct it and decided to just be curious about what I could come up with based on what I knew about the process. I’m open to feedback. Thanks for reading:

I am filled with loving…[Read more]

  • Daily prompt: Pay someone a compliment today.

    • I didn’t get around to trying this. Which is ok. I noticed some resistance to the prompt when I read it initially. But I’m not sure why. I’ll try to be conscious of what comes up for me next time I have an opportunity to do this.

I experienced overwhelming feelings this weekend… I was challenged to keep my emotions in check. I failed miserably but eventually talked through some things with my partner and have identified an area that needs major healing. I was aware of my emotions and aware that they were signaling to something that needs to be addressed. I wasn’t able to…[Read more]

    • Thank you for sharing this. The Ownership Process we will be discussing this week is right on time for your learning from this week. I’m excited for you that some issues were presented this weekend for your healing.

    • There’s a paradigm, or saying, that says “there is no failure, only feedback”, and another that says “all life is for learning”. Love that you felt your emotions (as opposed to “keeping them in check”) and had all this amazing learning, or feedback, that you described. It will take practice, as you pointed out. This practice is the journey.…[Read more]

      • Thanks for the feedback, Wes. I love sayings like that…. I never know which little gem will hit home and resonate with me. I truly believe all life is for learning.

  • I had 4 different interactions with different people today. A few were planned, the others, unexpected. I connected with curiousity in all of these interactions. And I love what came out of it. The quality of curiousity left no room for judgment. Because I simply became curious about the judgment. And when I do that, it dissolves. One of…[Read more]

  • I picked a card on Friday and wanted to share some thoughts about it here. I picked the “Emerging” card and it felt in alignment with the prompt of what I wanted to focus on this weekend. I pick this card VERY often. I’m feeling very in the flow and I love thinking of a flower in full bloom. Things keep getting better and better because I choose…[Read more]

    • I love this weekends prompt and how it relates to the “emerging” card. Choosing curiousity came out of seemingly no where for me. I’d honestly given very little thought to it before but it was hearing it before here and there that allowed me to intuitively connect with it this time. And I feel it was intuition because it has had a noticeable…[Read more]

  • In the interests of demonstrating my chosen quality of curiousity, I got curious about an EFT challenge I joined but have been putting off starting because of confusion about how to perform the technique or the script. There were 2 different ways I interpreted the instructions, so I decided to get curious about what it was like to attempt both of…[Read more]

  • I saw this quote on Instagram and made it my wallpaper on my phone. I feel like it pretty much sums up the purpose of this group for me, so thought I’d share:
“The healer you have been looking for is your own courage to know and love yourself completely” -yung pueblo

  • Today, and lately actually, I’m forgiving myself for the misperception I’ve carried for decades that I am socially inept and inadequate. The truth is that what I thought was social awkwardness and phobia and shyness was me being called to step into my truth and authenticity. What I couldn’t see then, I can now, and I release this belief with…[Read more]

    • This is a HUGE awareness! Buying into that old misperception keeps you from being truthful and authentic so it’s so important to you really let this one go.
This is so big for your spiritual growth Wes! Amazing insight:)

  • Name a quality that you would like to demonstrate this weekend. Could be compassion, loving, joy, gratitude, inspiration, etc. Remember to keep connecting to this quality throughout the weekend.

  • I managed to stay more present with my wife and kids throughout the day. Working consciously on approaching my shifting my marriage from victim to creator consciousness. Slow process. I also crossed a much needed dentist visit off my long overdue list of things to do which to me represents a form of self care.

  • Today’s prompt: What’s a thought that supports your best Self?

  • Stephanie posted an update 8 years, 1 month ago

I definitely nourished myself yesterday. I took a break from work to get a 15 minute neck massage (it’s an onsite perk available in our company fitness center). I also started tracking my food this week, so I’ve been a lot more conscious of what I eat.

  • All that’s new is another day of growth and gratitude is three quarters done. I couldn’t point to anything specific today that indicated growth until just now as I sat with my feelings and realized I was experiencing some calmness and equanimity. At first, it felt like restlessness as I wait for the workday to finish but then I realized that was…[Read more]

  • Today’s prompt: Do something nourishing for yourself today. Could be eating something nourishing, drinking something nourishing, engaging self-care that is nourishing, etc.

    • This is perfect. I’ve definitely been slacking in the self-care area and I’m coming down with a cold. I’m going to treat myself to a smoothie full of vitamins. Thanks for the reminder 🙂

    • Started reading Byron Katie’s “Loving What Is”. Reading these types of books is always my favorite form of self care.

  • What’s new is that I’m hoping to get around to my living vision today or later this week. Haven’t given it much thought so I still have no idea what it will look like. Glad to have the example and video. Other than that, I’m excited to have been added to a Facebook group for men that shows a lot of promise and potential for being a space that I…[Read more]

  • Today’s prompt: Praise yourself today for something you did well.

    • I acknowledge myself for not shying away or avoiding conversations/connections with people at work today and empowering myself by being the highest version of myself throughout these interactions by not judging or comparing but by just speaking my truth. Turned out it was enough.

    • I want to acknowledge myself for pausing and listening to myself today. Realizing when I’m feeling disconnected and owning it.

    • I wrote out my living vision. I formatted the document and printed it out. Besides being deeply personal, it is visually appealing so I look forward to picking it up and reading it. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this tool, but so far I feel like it’s going to be a good one for me. I love how it keeps what I feel are the important things in life…[Read more]

      • I love this because it reminds me to stay neutral to tools. When we make a judgment call on tools, we can’t have the full benefit of them. I’m so glad that you stayed open and just allow yourself to have the process.

    • I shoveled snow very well yesterday. All day yesterday, in fact. That’s why I’m a day late to post.
