Round Table

  • Today’s prompt: What’s a learning you’ve had from the Living Vision?

    • The more I connect with my living vision, the less it reflects what I want my life to be like and the more it becomes the life I’m living.

    • From the Living Vision, I think the biggest takeaway I had is that I was writing it for me and not for someone else. That it gets to be me creating how I want to be. As I wrote it I noticed what resonated with me and that made me feel really connected to the vision. And reading it over & over again definitely helps shift into the feeling what it…[Read more]

  • Gratitude is coming up for me. I’ve been noticing it in my last few entries in this group. I bring attention to it because I’ve always somewhat resisted the importance that had been placed on gratitude in readings and groups that i’ve experienced. In saying that, I don’t feel I lacked gratitude as much as I didn’t connect to it’s value. This…[Read more]

  • A reminder that this week is all about implementing and taking action on anything that you haven’t thus far during the month pertaining to the Spiritual Level, Ownership and Living Vision.Today’s prompt is share a learning you had about the Spiritual Level.

    • One of the learnings I had is around moving from understanding things from an intellectual level to feeling them & experiencing it from a spiritual level. I feel like I really “got” that from doing the ownership process. In the past I could intellectually “own” something and see my part in it, but that was always accompanied by judging and…[Read more]

      • Incredible. Here’s the truth. Most people don’t know about this level of inner work. And most people don’t want to do the necessary work that is required for healing. The reason…because it’s not an easy process. We have to be willing, we have to be diligent, we have to committed. However, this process gets easier the more you engage. I always…[Read more]

        • I love hearing you say that they have become effortless and how much better your life is using the tools. I’m looking forward to what you have next for us.

      • Also, wanted to share that the hand on heart part is important because it gets us connected on a deeper level. It also supports us with having more compassion for ourselves.

    • I still need to formally work the ownership process around events coming up for me and I’m fully confident that I will. The biggest learning for me that has shown itself is that we ALL are pure consciousness. Underneath it all, this is what we truly are. I still struggle with examples of pure evil and inhumanity… but I now want to try to see…[Read more]

I continue to work the ownership process around my situation at work. I’m finding that I have to go through the process multiple times a day because I keep going back to “she makes me feel horrible”. I talk myself through the process, realize I’m coming from victim consciousness then refrain my thoughts to create my path forward. Needless to say,…[Read more]

    • The truth is that this tool takes LOTS of practice. There are so many things happening through out the day that could lead to victim consciousness: traffic, relationships, work, kids…any experience really. That’s the learning. Do you want to be in victim consciousness or do you want to choose peace of mind? Knowing that there is this choice…[Read more]

    • Good for you Stephanie, so inspiring to read how willing you are to work through it!

  • Had a difficult day with the kids. Or what would have been a difficult day in the past. It was much easier this time to not be triggered by my kids’ behaviors or my wife’s reactions towards them and me as a result. But it was a great day. I’m thankful to have days like this with my kids because it means I have time to spend with my kids and…[Read more]

  • Today’s prompt is to pick your favorite sentence from your Living Vision and share with us.

    • “I am grateful that a different experience of my life is always a different choice away”…. Even if that choice is simply a shift in how I choose to perceive the present moment, especially if.

    • My favorite sentence is a long one 🙂 I exhibit behaviors that demonstrate spiritual growth: I am more conscious and mindful, I am more patient with and compassionate to myself and others, I have an ever increasing recognition of my ego and course correct as soon as possible, and I stay grounded and in control of my emotions.

    • “I feel a deep connection to my soul and listen to my higher self and the wisdom & guidance of the Universe, and show up from a place of peace and inspiration.”

  • Had a great day of being present for my family as we left on a bit of a road trip to the mountains. I could see and feel the start of a new and improved connection with my family. I was far more patient, tolerant and loving towards them in times of stress during today’s drive and I consciously made different, better feeling choices than I have…[Read more]

  • Celebrating 6 months of sobriety today 🙂 If you would’ve asked me which area I wanted to focus on in this group first or thought I needed the most, “spiritual” probably would’ve been my last choice. But going into week 4, I realize this is exactly the path I need to be on to heal & grow. 6 months ago I was so disconnected from myself but…[Read more]

Just finished the Q and A. Listened to it in pieces. Is it possible to put a word doc or pdf of the process you gave us. I think its something I can use and use with my clients.

  • Stephanie posted an update 8 years, 1 month ago

I’ve been making good progress with the issue I identified during the Q&A. I’m finding that the negative feelings I have about the situation aren’t serving me and I’m trying to get some space from those negative thoughts. Basically when I talked about the situation I realized I’m coming at it from victim mode. Now I’m taking ownership of my…[Read more]

    • Beautiful shift from victim to creator consciousness. Took me a long time to realize my self worth couldn’t be earned or bestowed upon me by others. Loving the process of owning it, forgetting it, and eventually reclaiming it and owning it all over again. And repeating that over and over until the forgetting part is hopefully no longer…[Read more]

  • Had a very cool experience of connection with a coworker with whom I have very little in common. He unexpectedly opened up to me about some books he had started reading that he had been turned onto by a family member. The books were spiritual/self growth books that he didn’t know I was familiar with. He told me he’d always thought these types…[Read more]

    • Awesome, that’s so great you let yourself be open to a different type of encounter. It sounds like it was a very positive experience.

    • Everyone has consciousness. Always remember that…see their loving essence and just connect with them. You never know when something we say or they say could be life-transforming.

Listening to Q and A and I love this idea of not comparing ourselves to others.

I would love for you Bev to do a coahcing call on stepping into our leadership voice. Although, on the outside I have a leadership role, I don’t always feel that way inside my soul. Hopefully, that is a topic you might want to present on.

  • This weekend, make sure to nail down how you will continue to engage the Spiritual Level. As we proceed into next month’s topics we want to incorporate something new with your already established spiritual practice. Meaning, we don’t want to drop the ball on the spiritual level…we want to work from it:)

    • I’ve set a reminder on my phone to read my living vision every day as I seem to have forgotten about it ever since I wrote it. This post reminded me of it. I’m also continuing my tapping practice through the weekend and getting away to meditate. Tomorrow, my wife and I are taking the kids on a 3 day trip into the mountains and I’ll state my…[Read more]

  • My goal each day is to check into this space with a win or acknowledgement of some sort. Today, that tiny little win/acknowledgement is that I didn’t allow myself to be diminished or lessened by anybody else. It wasn’t a tremendous day of opportunity or growth, but it was enough just to do my best without judgement.

    • That doesn’t sound tiny at all! Great idea to look for a win everyday too!

    • Agree with Jane! I wouldn’t even judge whether you think it’s a tiny or big win, that can lead into strengthening ego. I would encourage you to stay neutral to your thinking about the size of the win. A win is a win. In fact, our mind has no idea how big a win would be for our spiritual level. Great process here that has provided some awareness…[Read more]

  • I just want to share that I gave myself an extra 15 minutes this morning and did my little morning practice, and I feel so much better today. Much more in integrity and alignment with how I want to be.

    • It’s amazing how little time it takes to be available to ourselves, center ourselves and align. Great reference point for you. Imagine doing this more often and living life from a place of alignment.

  • Prompt for the day is to reflect on our call and let us know an issue that created upset for you that you will use the Ownership Process around.

    • For the first time, I am going to use the ownership process around a situation at work that has happened a few times where my upset is irritation with a coworker who doesn’t do what she’s supposed to do and expects me to do her job for her. I can already see my part in feeling responsible for things that aren’t my responsibility and that I get to…[Read more]

      • This is incredible. I totally relate to being over-responsible…in the past! I’ve done tons of work around it myself. This ownership process will support you in loving that part of you that has always felt responsible while healing it and not needing to continue to take responsibility for others. Keep noticing that part, acknowledging it and…[Read more]

        • I think when the video and ownership process slides are available that I’ll work my process around the upset I feel about my parents relationships, both between each other and how it relates to the relationships we have with each other.

  • Checking in with a feeling or a knowledge that things are working out as they’re meant to. This is my overall takeaway from the events of the day. I love and accept myself as I am.

  • Today’s prompt is to join us for our monthly Q&A call. We will talk through an Ownership Process and revisit our topics for the month to see if you have any questions or sharing.

  • Not much new today but the overall feeling I come away with is one of strength. It’s subtle, but it’s there. I can acknowledge it because there were triggers that I noticed that passed by without me engaging them or that I responded to in a more empowering way. One was a cryptic text from my sister that would have created stress for me in the…[Read more]
