Wow, it’s been too long between check-ins for me. I still have to listen to the weiner for April, so I’m going to commit to doing that this weekend. As far as cleaning my living environment…. now we’re talking! I am the opposite of a pack rat and love to organize. Ideas for cleaning up my living environment for me include cleaning out my closet…[Read more]

I am going to be working on my living environment in a couple of different ways. First to organize my current living situation, although externally it looks fine. But my computer and paperwork could be organized much better to allow easier access and to get rid of things I no longer need. I am also in a position of looking to move to a place of my…[Read more]

Clearing clutter in my living environment
Going though clothes I don’t wear and donating them
    Organizing paperwork, bills, etc.
    Organize passwords and logins
    Clean and organize tools
Actually donate clothes I’ve had in my car for 2 months
Organize my computer and external hard drive

    • Love the organize computer and passwords, such a good one. I’m actually going to be going through my FB and unjoining groups that I don’t participate in as a way to clear connections to people and groups that I’m not connect to anymore.

    • Digital clutter is a good one for me too 🙂

Today’s prompt: Share some things in your Living Environment that you could clear in support of clearing the clutter. We are just looking for examples today and not committing to anything quite yet.

    • Some examples for clearing clutter in my living environment:
      Organize & clean out paperwork
      Clean out under the bed
      Top of my dresser
      Bathroom closet
      Go thru boxes of photos
      Clean out Tupperware cabinet lol

    • Give away some of the kids older toys
      Organize their playing spaces
Organize bookshelves even if it means parting with books 🙁 (or add another shelf)
Declutter bedroom closet, give away old clothes
Organize tools in one area, either basement or garage
Delete old emails and keep email clean and organized in folders
      Remove myself from the…[Read more]

Had a moment of “stuckness” today where I was unsure what I should be doing and I felt I needed to raise my vibration. I knew there was work to do around the house that I would eventually do so I just decided to start doing anything at all. And as I started doing it, I decided to make my decluttering tasks as mindful as possible and to just work…[Read more]

    • Wes, you’ve been doing this work for awhile and I’m going to offer you to stretch a bit further. I love your awareness and knowing that you are working on healing. I want to offer a stretch forward that is in total alignment with what we are working on this month. I want to encourage you think that things are coming up to be healed and completed.…[Read more]

    • This is great insight Wes. I had an issue earlier in the week that I was very upset about. I made the effort and tried to remove the judgement from what I was feeling and stay in the present moment. It was such a strange sensation and my mind kept wanting to go back to feeling bad. It felt like I was cheating myself by letting go of the upset and…[Read more]

      • Strange equals unfamiliar equals uncomfortable. Good job getting out of your comfort zone! It’ll feel less and less strange further you go.

Today’s prompt: How do you relate to the Living Environment? This month, will you work on your home environment, workspace or some other space? Let us know what “Living Environment” you will work on.

    • I relate to my home living environment as both a sanctuary and an albatross. There’s a paradox to that that creates if not negative energy, then anxious or nervous energy. It’s a sanctuary because it’s the place I most want to be. I can relax there and let down my guard. I know I’m loved by everyone within it’s walls. The mask I still,…[Read more]

      • Glad you are willing to explore the learning for here. You get to decide if you make it mean something about you or not. Seems that the making it mean something about you takes you into disempowerment and strengthens victim consciousness. Ownership would look like learning how to fix things that the house needs or hiring someone to take care of it.

        • I always looked at hiring someone as disempowering because I made it mean I wasn’t enough to be able to do the job myself. But, yeah, I guess it’s not.

          • We can’t all be good at everything. And I like to think of allowing other people their gifts, talents and expertise. Different way to look at it.

    • Although I can relate to living environment in terms of home, work, and body, what’s coming up the strongest right now is home. Listening to the webinar, I realized that accepting the present state will be a big first step for me, and then thinking of a 3ft toss instead of a 3 mile toss. I don’t have my own place, and I feel very stifled and…[Read more]

      • Yes, the 3 mile toss will get you every time. We are are going for the 3 foot toss, especially when you know this is an area of opportunity that will bring up lots of opportunity for healing for you. I love how you are going to look at home for this month. Trust me, there will be opportunity for us to work on the body during one of the later…[Read more]

I did some tapping on overwhelm today. Even as I felt the need to tap on the feeling of overwhelm, I wasn’t experiencing it, the overwhelm, in the same way as I used to. It wasn’t true overwhelm because I knew I could handle it. I’m breathing and alive. Death is just as imminent, or not, as it’s always been. I’m fine in this moment. It just…[Read more]

Today’s prompt: Check your email for this month’s update on topics and dates for the month of April so you can get organized for the month!

    • Read the slides and excited about the potential this topic holds for effecting change and growth. Looking forward to today’s meeting even though I won’t be able to stay for the whole hour.

Today’s prompt: Engage something that brings you joy today.

    • I read this prompt and I thought to myself that I don’t know how to connect with joy. It’s not that I don’t want to but what came up for me as I considered the prompt was that joy, although I desire it, is not something I’ve yet allowed myself to explore and connect with. The closest I come to engaging joy, and this is as honest an answer I’m…[Read more]

      • You have to let joy in. You can see that you want to start allow these qualities.

    • I loved this prompt. It made me realize that 1. I had to really think about what brings me joy. It wasn’t an instant answer, which made me realize how unconscious I’ve been living that I’ve experienced joy but haven’t been conscious enough to notice it. and 2. It made me realize I spend very little of my time intentionally engaging with things…[Read more]

      • I’m so glad you were able to take the prompt and look for ways you could bring more joy in. You bring up a great point. Doing things that bring you joy doesn’t mean you have to something big. It really is about find small ways in your life to be joyful and do more of that.

I’m continuing to bring a different presence to my connections with people at work. It’s more fearless, authentic and vulnerable. And I’m finding my connections are deeper. Today, I continued speaking with a coworker I mentioned in an earlier post who feels he’s undergoing a shift in consciousness. It’s a different experience for me to be able…[Read more]

    • You are able to connect so I’m glad you are dropping that old story. And when you bring curiosity, non-judgment and vulnerability to conversations you get to connect more with others because you are connecting with yourself this way. I love that this relationship at work is changing.

Daily prompt: It’s a new month! What’s an area of focus for you? We are going to be focusing on Living Environment, Clearing Clutter (inner and outer) and Finishing Unfinished Business. I will be sending out an email on Monday for the month so you know exactly what to expect. As a reminder, we do have our next webinar on Tuesday 4/4 at 1pm PST/2pm…[Read more]

    • I’ve been working on clearing clutter but definitely have some work to do in these areas. I feel like I definitely had an uplevel in the area of spirituality last month. Before we started I had an inconsistent morning practice but I wasn’t really intentional or connecting with myself or anything else. Now I’ve been reading my living vision &…[Read more]

      • Great to hear that you are already feeling the benefits of a consistent connection with yourself.

    • An area that I need to focus on is the physical. I’ve long ignored and sabotaged this area of my well being and my body is calling on me to pay attention. I’m hoping that decluttering and finishing unfinished business will serve me in prioritizing this area and clearing space for it. I still feel there are some limiting beliefs to clear around…[Read more]

  • I want to work the ownership process around the sensitivity I feel to the injustice and evil in the world I’m bringing my kids up in.  This is something that comes up a lot for me and creates a lot of fear for the future.  In fact, I’ve always been highly sensitive to these things, even long before I had children, back when I was a child mysel…[Read more]

    • OMG, this is fantastic Wes. Yes to all of this. Use your awareness of suffering to strengthen your resolve as the creator and be a good example in this world.

  • Hi everyone! I am brand new, but looking forward to getting to know everyone. Happy Friday!

  • Today’s Prompt: Click on “Lab” tab and make sure you check off all items on the checklist as complete for Week 1-3. We haven’t discussed points yet but you will receive points for all completed work which is meant to be an incentive. Within the next few months, you will see some options in the “Shop” for redeeming your points. For now, just make…[Read more]

  • My kids are happy. And amazingly loving. I spend a lot of time with them. And I can’t always be fully present with them but I do the best I can. I owe them the…[Read more]

  • Today’s prompt: What’s been a learning from the quality and skill of ownership?

    • As I own my outer state, or what’s present for me in my experience of life, I become aware of and connected to the inner state within me that is being created/projected in my outer experience of life. This allows me to get curious about what I could be experienceing, without attachment or resistance, if I choose differently from the safe,…[Read more]

      • I hear peace in all of this…

        • Love!…. that you pointed out seeing peace in this. Peace is what I’m seeking in life. And I’m feeling it more and more. But you bringing light and awareness to it through your comment helps me see that it’s right in front of me. Its already there for me to connect with if I choose to. Thank you

          • Yes, this is what you and I’ve talked about over the last year. Start embodying these qualities as something you already have and are just deepening in. It’s the truth!

    • I love so much about the ownership process. Learning to shift from judgement to curiosity was a big one. And definitely the sending love & compassion to myself during the process & recognizing that it’s a part of me that I get to heal. And looking for what it is that’s coming up and needing to be healed.

      • Jane, you point out 3 amazing concepts here. If you spent the rest of your life, embodying and living these concepts, you would have a very peaceful life! I’m so excited to hear your learnings because this is how transformation happens.

      • Love it! Agree with Bev. Those are three huge learnings that will serve you well in creating the life you desire 😃

    • I really like getting curious… what is the lesson in the situation. All life is for learning…. that’s definitely been a big takeaway for me.

  • I was tempted to go to sleep without checking in. There wasn’t much coming up for me when I tried to write. But it’s become an important part of my process to come here and just acknowledge my efforts, whatever they might be. Judging my meditation and tapping that I did today as insignificant because I do these every day as part of my practice…[Read more]

    • I’m glad that you checked in because I also view some of the things that I am doing regularly as insignificant because they have become the norm now. It is helpful for you to point this out so I can try to stop judging myself for things I have not done and be more positive about the things I am doing. Thanks

      • Love this post because it indicates that what needs to be resolved is the judging and making things insignificant comes in. Practice just letting go when the need to judge or make things insignificant and then shift into gratitude for what you are doing. This process helps resolve the minds need to judge and make it mean something. Choose neutrality!

      • Glad it could help Chas. Thanks for that feedback! Like the “shift into gratitude” idea, Bev.

It’s been awhile since I’ve checked in, so I am a little out of the loop as far as the daily prompts.
