There’s more energy in me today to show up differently and more empowered. I connected with an online friend this morning via Skype to just chat about what’s present for us. Both of us are into self development and growth and exploring our relationships to what it means to be a man in today’s society that values certain traits and characteristics that are often in conflict with core values of ours. Expressing gratitude for this space and for the path I’ve been on for these past few years.
