And I don’t know if I mentioned it in the post but this ties into my intention to meet people where they’re at and honor their individual process, that they are doing the best they can from their level of consciousness. That had I lived their exact experience of life, I would be them. This is how we’re all the same essentially. And I need to…[Read more]

  • Hey!!! Want to share a huge takeaway that came up for me while I was journaling this evening after Bev did an amazing job earlier in the afternoon facilitating and holding a space for me to have this insight from our session. It also ties in nicely to her post about blindspots a few posts back so consider this my contribution to that! Super…[Read more]

    • Yes!! So many yes’s to what you wrote! I wish I could highlight them lol. It’s amazing how changing “I have to” to “I get to” reframes a situation…And I so get how allowing others to have their experience can feel like a relief to an extent but allowing others to have their experience of me is so not as easy…like wait a minute I still want…[Read more]

    • So great! And love Jane’s comments as well. “Anything else and its just a case of my ego recognizing their ego, and worse, competing against it.” This is everything Wes. And this is what you will teach others! So cool…

Awesome. Journaling has been big in my process. Got away from the habit for a while but found my way back to it and been consistent for over a month now. Noticed a few differences between how I approach it now compared to before. Its evolved to where I’m more conscious about speaking as if its happening. I’m also better at not censoring…[Read more]

  • More amazing takeaways from my coaching session today. I’m using self development courses, not a bad thing in themselves, as a crutch or a means of filling my time and attention to avoid doing the work that matters to me, because this work represents a risk and therefore, the unknown, whereas the courses I take represent the safe and familiar.…[Read more]

    • Wow lots of great new awareness!

    • Tons of amazing learnings. Shunning humanness is actually your ego/humannenss. Your spiritual being is love and accepts and embraces all of you. When you live from the spiritual being then there is no judgment only love as you mentioned above. Great stuff!

Not at all! Happy if anything I say can support your vision and success and proud to lend my name to it 😃

  • So many great takeaways from our coaching session today. Learned that a different mechanism than making things mean something about myself or the world is that instead of choosing to validate old stories and old beliefs, I can choose to use it to own the learning that is part of the path I’m meant to be on. Just simply accept everything as if…[Read more]

So agree with you Jane. This is an amazing space and I’m grateful to all who make it what is. Feel completely free to be my truest self here and this is invaluable because its allowing me to translate how I express here into how I express out there. Its a reflection of the growth and learning I’m experiencing here.

    Thank you both.

I’ll probably need to revisit this course but the takeaways I have from completing it this first time through, that come to mind, are just how purposeful and meaningful this work is. It completely makes sense to me where a few years ago it may not have. I love the personal ownership and responsibility for our experience piece. This is an…[Read more]

    • This work is SO purposeful. I relate that very much. I have the pleasure of going over these things daily and sharing them with others. It makes for an incredible experience. You get to free yourself from the judgments, that the self-responsibility piece. It’s great to hear you choosing to reframe and release faster. I also enjoy hearing you…[Read more]

Great week at work. Had lots of alone time and just the right mix of interaction/socializing with coworkers while there. Next week isn’t looking to be the same (it’ll be much busier, interactive, and less down time) but I’m not attached to it being one way or another. Couldn’t say that in the past. Even got an entire book, the 5 second…[Read more]

Hope it was great Bev! I’m not traditionally a fan of Valentines Day. I begrudgingly tolerate it. Yesterday was notably different. Noticed a lot more openness and genuine expression of love for my family. Loved seeing the kids excitement over their cards and candy and gifts and then making heart shaped pizzas with them. Also had the…[Read more]

Not only essential but deeply purposeful and life affirming. Honestly don’t know how I survived without one. Just sort of existed, I’d say.

    • Yes, it’s very interesting that people who are struggling don’t start with a practice. Think it’s just not on our radar when we are overwhelmed with our thoughts and feelings. It’s always something I encourage people to start with since there are so many benefits to doing one. My favorite benefit is that the person is taking responsibility and…[Read more]

  • Really looking forward to this self discovery course and grateful you’re including it here. Love the self love paradigms because, frankly, I just love paradigms. There are very few that I’ve come across that haven’t resonated as either my own truth or truth I’d always known but forgot along the way, if that makes sense. And the few that have ch…[Read more]

    • Great process, self-expression is huge! And self-expressing because it’s our truth not for anyone else though it positively impacts others.

    Fell not feel

  • Three days in a row of returning to my habit of journaling daily in an observation journal. Going great! Wondering why I feel out of the habit. Also won a 1 year collective evolution program membership as a result of a “5 days of you” challenge I participated in on Facebook through the CE group. Had no idea if there was a prize or how I…[Read more]

Mine was FLOW. Hasn’t looked the way I might’ve hoped (which I realize is part of what allowing flow means). My intention was to flow towards purpose and meaning through work or a business. I’m still open to this, being that the year is only month old. But I can acknowledge that flow (meaning equanimity and non resistance) was what January…[Read more]

  • For myself, the meaning of focus time is time spent intentionally concentrating specifically on goals and tasks related to the achievement of a particular goal, be it small or big. The benefits I can see to clearing more focus time for myself is that I can identify more intentional, specific and meaningful actions than I am currently taking…[Read more]

    • Love how “connecting time” has become your strength. You’ve been intentional about that and have created it!

I also like that you’ve identified “Play Time” as an opportunity. I’ve enjoyed seeing you identify things as opportunity and work on making them a strength, so cool.

It’s interesting to talk through these and see how we relate to them.
