    Thanks.   I definitely have tons of compassion for that human.   When I read it back, it sounds dark.   Maybe it is but that would just be another judgment.   I also see the duality in it.   It reflects my human experience, as you point out, and in that way its true.  But I also feel, and felt when I wrote it, that it wasn’t my truth.   I…[Read more]

      • And I have been considering that, especially these past few days. Its been a process of choosing the actions that support peace. Thanks for the insights Bev

    Thanks Jane.

  • List of judgments
    I judge my:
    humanness (and humanness in general) as painful, disgusting, wrong, shameful, confusing, imprisoning, a cosmic mistake;
    soul as my true self but also as lost amongst all the noise;
    truth as wrong;
    desires as greedy and shameful and wrong and expendable;
    mental health as an insurmountable punishment and an anchor t…[Read more]

    • I admire your transparency and willingness to look at all of your judgments and share them Wes.

    • Well said.Without judgment;) can you look at this list and bring some compassion for the human that sees the world this way? What do you think when you read the list back to yourself? How will life ride out if you continue with these judgments? Get curious here. Separate enough to know that you aren’t this story. You feel this experience since…[Read more]

    • Wes, thank you so much for being real and honest. No judgment on any of it from me. It’s not been easy for me to admit some of my own deepest, darkest feelings, but it has been very rewarding and transformational when I do. Takes a lot courage and I honor your words.

    • I appreciate being able to witness your process as you connect with your truth. Such a big deal to engage with what is so transformation can evolve.

  • There was something you said, Bev, near the end of the meeting. It was something about how our judgments feed our unfinished business. And just before you said that, I’d witnessed the insight that my ego can’t tolerate my connection to my true self and so its making my authentic connections with other people tens, or hundreds, of times more…[Read more]

    • So accepting your humanness and excepting that your human. And accepting that some times you are going to judge yourself. And accepting that sometimes you might feel vulnerable. And something you might come from ego. That’s all part of it. It doesn’t matter or mean anything. Your process is learning to love all of it: ego and spiritual being. You…[Read more]

    Congrats Jane! Its been so awesome witnessing your process and your growth here in this space. Happy for all your success 🙂

    Amazing! So inspired when you share your process and so happy for your success and abundance. Grateful to have experienced your light, even if mostly not in person (although that shows how bright your light shines even more, I think) and looking forward to actualizing in myself what I see reflected in you. You HAVE arrived! 🙏

    Need to develop a thicker skin and a better idea of what being authentically me means so that I’m not so easily influenced by what others may or may not think of me based on their actions or nonactions.

    Hey Bev. Is this supposed to be week 3 or did that get missed? Don’t see it here anywhere.

    Lately, I haven’t spent as much of my day in time in as I have in the past and as I need to maintain sound mental health. Prior to a few months ago, I spent at least a few hours a day in some form of time in, in the form of meditating, reading and journaling. Lately, all I’ve managed is 15 minutes a day to meditate. The difference in my…[Read more]

  • I’ve been irritable and anxious lately (maybe depressed, maybe not, but definitely irritable and highly anxious) for several weeks now. Its had a lot to do with a role I assumed at work. It was one I was hesitant to take. Had a lot of reservations about it. I knew it wasn’t something I wanted to do but I did it anyway. Mostly because I…[Read more]

    Good point. Often, my energy is closed and I have to take action to connect in spite of that. And connecting to the idea of myself as light and leading with that feels supportive in times, which are most times, where my ego restricts my energy from doing what my light calls me to do.

    About a month ago, in the space of a few days, I had arrangements to connect with 4 different people, separately, via message or phone. All 4 of these people, in one way or another, either canceled or went silent in messages. There was a tiny part of me that took it as rejection, for a small period of time. I mean, 4 different people, how…[Read more]

    • That’s great! I try to mindful of my energy. Like, am I saying I want to connect but my energy is closed. I like to be mindful of this because I’ve caught myself in the past saying I was open when really my energy was not. I like you focusing on letting your light lead b/c that keeps it about you and not others. Good stuff!

  • Giving myself permission to feel good about myself today. Had a lot of my stuff come up today (and recently, in general) but it was ok. Allowed it to be and didn’t make myself wrong for any of it, or less than anyone else. I showed up differently for myself when confronted by a few different triggers. The difference seemed subtle at first…[Read more]

    If you asked me this question just last week, I’d have had a hard time answering it, but this week, I started going to yoga several times on a beginners week deal (after going with my wife for the first time a few weeks back) and I’m loving it. Its the closest I’ve come in recent memory to feeling comfortable and connected any where. Going…[Read more]

    Awesome

    For me lately, letting my light lead looks like learning more about opening my throat chakra. This means speaking up when I’m afraid to and, even when it goes poorly, consciously choosing to let it be by not judging myself. May not be much but I think the more I do this, over time I’m going to see a difference and I may actually be able to…[Read more]
