  • My new story starts with my breath.  Watching it when I can.   With compassion and without judgment.  This ties into my yoga classes I’ve been attending recently and fairly regularly.   Each class is like a microcosm of my process.  I practice compassion and nonjudgment as I challenge myself to enter my body, to accept it, through the poses.…[Read more]

    • Wes!! I am blown away. Honestly, reading this made my eyes fill with tears and I felt such a feeling of truth in my body that this feels so in alignment with who you are and my experience of you. The work you have done has inspired me since I’ve known you here. 🙂

    • Favorite line…”Doesn’t matter if others see it so long as I know it.” THIS!!! It has nothing to do with others and everything to do with you owning and accepting the knowing of it and living it. Beautiful process!

    • Such great feedback! Thank you. This was just what came up for me when I sat down to write and rather than over think the process or judge myself as doing the worksheet “wrong”, I just decided to share it because it felt like truth to me too, Jane! Excited about returning to this process later today with curiousity and nonattachment to how…[Read more]

      • Never a “wrong” way to do it because there’s always valuable info that comes up for us to learn from. Keep letting go!

    • YES YES YES! So wonderful!

    • Doesn’t matter if others see it so long as I know it, and live my life from that knowingness…. Love this statement. I am witnessing you companioning yourself toward what is to be known. Holding the circle of support and you traverse the inner landscape.

There was so much that came up in the call that I was planning to rewatch it to remind myself but, yeah, now that you mention it, that seems like the direction I need to go. It also seems like a lot, meaning where do I start with resolving not just an unresolved issue or belief but an entire story?

    • Where would you like to start when it comes to creating a newer and updated story line for yourself that is more in alignment with where you are today in your life?

Honestly, its trying to narrow down the vast amount of unfinished business I have ahead of me into just one piece of business that I can start working on now… At the same time, I know completing one area of unresolved business will resolve other areas as well so I need to stop over thinking this.

    • From our call, we discussed you resolving the story in your mind and creating a new one that you can practice and pull from each and every day. That feels really applicable to any other piece of unfinished business. Would you say that’s true for you?

  • Such a great, insightful, and healing connection on today’s call. Gonna watch it again. Loved acknowledging what’s going right for me and hearing that reflected back to me in your experience of me. And the card pull really intrigued me. When you pulled the children card, my mind didn’t even go to inner child despite my mediation yesterday.…[Read more]

Thank you both for witnessing my process and holding space for me to explore and heal these unresolved issues. Something like this would have felt incredibly vulnerable to share anywhere else. Here, it just feels right.

So grateful for your presence here Tami. I’m learning so much from your process and applying it to my own. That you are able to witness my process and find hope in it means so much to me and I gratefully receive your sentiments.

Thanks for the reminder! Just canceled an appointment that I wasn’t feeling completely aligned with to attend the call.

Honoring your calling and grateful to be a part of the process. Love it no matter what its called but always excited about the direction you’re being called in, especially as it relates to soul work or soul healing or soul expression or soul alignment, anything to do with the truth of who we are.

    • Recovery from substances was the initial step I took that lead to my soul work so it will always be apart of what I talk about. It’s cool how purpose becomes more and more defined the longer you walk a purposeful path. Thanks for the input and support! We are all in this together and I honor everyone in this group. We’ve been small but mighty and…[Read more]

  • I did an inner child meditation today.  During the meditation, I was prompted to become aware of any discomfort or unease in my body, like we were talking about a few days back in the lab.  My attention went to my left shoulder and upper back that I’ve been rehabbing with physio for the past 4 days.  It asked me to listen to any feelings that mi…[Read more]

    • So great! It’s cool how lifting weights is correlating with your life experience and body. Also appreciate how present you were in this Inner Child meditation which shows tremendous growth on your part. Yes, your Inner Child needs to know you won’t abandon him like others did. Keep going back until he feels resolved.

    • Wes, your sharing is sacred and beautiful to witness.

Also, both are on the left/feminine side. Mean anything?

Not sure exactly, but they’re communicating enough to me that I made the unusual step of seeing the doctor about them today and I already have a physio appointment for friday 😊. Kinda proud of this because I avoid making appointments and doctors and now I’ve done it twice in a matter of days.

I have no idea where judgments are in my body. I do know I’ve had ongoing issues with my rotated cuff and what feels like a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade, upper back… Is this judgment showing up in my body? How would I know? How do people identify pain/feeling in the body as judgment?

    • Such a great insight Wes. Yes, judgment and past traumas show up in the body. It’s why energy work and body work have been so important to me. You could actually dialogue with these parts and see what comes forward. What are those parts trying to communicate to you?

      • What side of the body is this showing up? Left side is the mother/feminine and right is the father/masculine.

And I have been considering that, especially these past few days. Its been a process of choosing the actions that support peace. Thanks for the insights Bev
