And mastermind is for people with coaching businesses, correct?

Is lifework launchers something you can sign up with anytime? Evergreen, as I think you put it? Like recovery life lab? Just curious for when I decide it’s time.

    It’s called myfitnesspal 😀

  • I watched the tracking video and started tracking what I’ve eaten today on an app called my fitness pal, which has been on my phone forever but without being used ever. So far I haven’t changed my diet. Just decided to learn how to track using the app…. Physical has always been my most challenging dimension and I not only resist this area but…[Read more]

If I stop judging the word, I stop validating the ego. Then I stop confusing my ego with my soul, which has always been worthy.

    • Your work is to let go of judgment, stay neutral. When you judge, you are not Authentic Self. When you stay neutral, you are.

I think it’s indicative of the judgment I ascribe to the word. I don’t resonate with deserving anything and equate it with entitlement. I’ve always believed I had to earn everything and when I didn’t earn as much as others, I made it mean something about my worthiness.

  • I haven’t been active this past month with the financial aspect. I’ve noticed resistance when it comes to deserving abundance. And I’ve also noticed that reflected back to me in my life. Case in point was when my wife and I were shopping for houses a year ago. At some point in the process, we both decided we “deserved” to splurge on a larger…[Read more]

    • Curious about the quotation marks around deserve, what’s that about?

  • My 3 foot toss will be around releasing my hold on money. I’m not really spending more than I make and yet my savings isn’t really growing either. But I’ve saved enough and need to make room to allow more. I want to release the negative energy I spend worrying whether I have enough. There’s nothing material I ever want or need but I want to…[Read more]

    • Seems like money is a great opportunity to practice “enough.” I am enough and I have enough. I am abundant and I have abundance in my life. I trust that I am enough and am abundant so I give to charities that have heart and meaning for me. Good stuff here Wes!

My thoughts distract me from even setting goals. I think or talk myself out of believing myself worthy of the goal as soon as my mind conceives of a goal.

  • My money story includes the following limiting beliefs, judgments and misperceptions.  Money is evil and shameful albeit necessary.  I must suffer in order to earn money.  I must spend less money than I earn.  The only way I know how to make money is to work for an employer/boss and save it; I’m not smart enough or skilled enough to make money any…[Read more]

  • I’m excited. Not sure what’s coming but acknowledging that I’m feeling a shift. Acknowledging this because I don’t want to undermine it or brush it off.

Good for you, Roxanne! Let’s be all about the non judgment! You got this 😊

    • Thank you Wes! It does help to be non judgmental with ourselves. Judgment only leads to problems and negative feelings about ourselves.

Tapping video!?…. Not seeing it. What’s it called?…. Thanks

Yes, that’s what I need to remember. You taught me this long ago and I always found it powerful when I practiced it. The problem would come when I would forget to practice it and find myself buying into my stories and misperceptions. I want to be really intentional about using this tool in the moment when I become aware of the judgment. This…[Read more]

  • This is just one example of a self forgiveness process I did around a judgment that keeps me from expanding myself into a career that is purposeful for me:
Judgment: I need to isolate myself from people as much as possible to protect myself and be reasonably content.
Self forgiveness statement: I forgive myself for buying into the misperception…[Read more]

    • OMG, yes Wes! Now imagine doing this over and over again throughout the day, just letting things go. This is strengthening the truth of who you are versus strengthening your ego. You no longer have to buy into the story that comes up about people, the world and your humanness. You can let it go if you keep practicing letting it go. Thank you so…[Read more]

Welcome Adi! You’ve joined an amazing community. Glad you’re here. Reach out any time.

    • Yay Adi! What a joy to have you here. I suggest checking into the “Lab” tab and go back through the months and recordings to support yourself until our next call which will be 7/11. Take a look around and let me know if you have any questions.

I receive that! 😉 Thanks for a great call. Already had an opportunity to forgive a judgment that came up since then. It’s really a powerful tool!

  • I’m working this Thursday and doubt I’ll make it to the meeting but want to brainstorm and share some judgments and stories I hold around work: My job is not good enough to be considered a career. My job is a reflection of my values and as such, my worthiness. I am not safe without my job. I’m not supposed to enjoy my work. I am not qualified…[Read more]

    • So clearly there is a lot of story here around career. First step is going to be the decision to let the story go. This is a biggie because it’s the ultimate choice between empowerment versus disempowerment. I think what’s hard for people is that it’s not just about saying you want empowerment but then it’s about backing empowerment with your…[Read more]

    • The one that jumps out at me is that you can’t have a job helping others until you’ve completely healed yourself. I’ve caught myself in that one many times. If we are forever healing from something, how could we ever be fully healed? It’s a trap we can’t escape from unless we shift our mindset around it.
