  • I’m reading here that the fb group is up already? Or am I misinterpeting that?

  • Wow, this session was so powerful for me. I’ll be going back to it again and again and I think sharing more about it. Imposter syndrome really, really hit home for me. It wasn’t the only thing that stood out. The whole session was like one lightbulb turning on after another but it really stood out. And IS is something I’ve heard of before but…[Read more]

    • Grateful this session gave you some major lightbulbs. Isn’t it amazing how it’s about hearing the info over and over again. Just had this convo with a Client this week that it’s about hearing it again and again and letting it sink in so you can have your unique learning about it.

Once. And now twice. Can you share what stood out for you? For me, it was another way of looking at the world, as opposite of the meaning I ascribe to it. I see it as a prison, ironic as I work in one. And that the opposite must be true. That the world I see as a prison is meant to set me free… but I’m deeply curious as to what you took from it.

    • Same…I really resonated with the prison piece and how we keep ourselves in that prison by what we are thinking. Good stuff!

I like that I said “express” peace rather than “experience” it, unintentionally. I’d like to believe it’s a reflection of a shift towards ownership. I also like the point Bev raised that my presence here, in this circle, is an expression of myself as a spiritual being. I intend to align with myself experiencing myself that way.

Karen, thank you for sharing your process. Acknowledging and relating with you that it’s difficult to remove the labels. For my part, I want to see my labels as a representation of a story that I need to release myself from. Its hard because I don’t know who I am without them but, if I’m truly honest with myself, I don’t know who I am with them…[Read more]

  • Did a lot of arguining for my own limitations on today’s call. Not sure how I expect that story to align with my intention to express peace. That’s the story that I need to change. Thanks Bev and Misty for your compassionate guidance and support.

    • Looking forward to listening to the replay. Your shares are always full of gold nuggets of growth for us all 🙂

    • It’s a great awareness. Do you want to be arguing for your limitations or expressing your spiritual being. You can’t have both. Make a decision about what’s most important to you and align all your energy, action and intention behind it.

I like how my progress in one of my areas of intention ties into or leads to progress in other areas almost organically so with that in mind I’m not attached to any one in particular but one of mine that stands out to me is consciously connecting with purpose or intention. This opens me up to deeper self acceptance and deeper relationship with my…[Read more]

  • I’m noticing how many of the areas of importance I identified at the start of the year are currently experiencing small improvements or in some cases, uplevels.  One of these uplevels is my relationship with my wife.  She’s been undergoing an amazingly beautiful process of her own, independent of, yet still connected to, and complementary with, m…[Read more]

    • Beautiful share Wes! Your intentions are paying off and sounds like you are allowing and receiving so much goodness. Happy for you dear. And know that part of the process is having ups and downs to it. Moods go up and down. Our choices go up and down. Our connection goes up and down. It’s all part of the process. Glad you are allowing all of it…[Read more]

    • Glad to witness your process. Always welcoming what is so it can be known and understood for growth. Witnessing new connections on many levels. Glad for you.

    • Always rooting for you, Wes. Loved reading this so much and relating to much of what you said.

Our perceptions are filtered through our own lens which is based on our own individual experiences and learnings of life. So we’ll never perceive the same event or words or actions or whathaveyou in the same way as other people, who in turn will all perceive it differently from us and from one another. So it’s in not trusting my own perception…[Read more]

I’d always wondered why I’d felt torn between avoiding other people & expressing myself AND feeling as though I should be connecting with others, even part of me wanting to do so… but not being willing… this was me ignoring, unknowingly at the time, my spiritual being.
