Hello …. I’m delighted to be here, finally, after a wee spot of bother logging in, but Bev and team sorted things out. I’ve been happy free of my alcohol addiction for 21 years, sometimes happier more than others! But as folk here know, there’s other ‘addictions’ in our world as well – the internal ones – and I’m working through those. I’m a Transformational Coach with clients mainly in Ireland (I live near Belfast in Northern Ireland) but also clients in other world parts as well. With my coaching, I invariably find that the clients who enlist my support are bringing me life lessons – my greatest teachers.

I worked to my first stages of sobriety with the Women for Sobriety programme. We no longer have WFS meetings here in NI and I don’t wish to conect with any others. What I am excited about with this group is exactly that – the group, the support, the sharing, the challenge, the learnings. Happy to be here, thanks. T
