My takeaways from the leadership projection process: 1) I intendon’t to focus on the commonalities between the leader I admire, Thich Nhat Hanh, and me and acknowledge that I am working on developing the qualities of consciousness, selflessness and peace that I admire so much in him. 2) I can acknowledge that everyone has positive qualities and appreciate and acknowledge that the positive qualities I notice in others are reflections of qualities that are in me.
