    I’m so happy to say that I stuck to my commitment and finally meditated last evening. My goal was 5 minutes and I ended up meditating for 20. It was so refreshing.

    • Nice follow-through. When we follow-through with commitments we set for ourself, we build self-trust, self-confidence and self-love. This you having a better connection with yourself. So glad you said ‘yes’ to yourself yesterday.

    • Way to go! I’ve found meditating to be very helpful to my process of growth.
