    Great webinar Bev. I’m setting my 3 foot toss for this month to lose 2.5 pounds and drink 75 Oz of water per day. I’ll be tracking my food, activity and weight in the weight Watchers app and logging my water intake and counting steps with my fitbit app. This will help me hit my goal well ahead of my November wedding.

    • Congrats on the wedding. You’ve got some great support and accountability in place through your apps and wedding. How can you use the Lab for support this month?

    • Awesome Stephanie! I just joined WW a couple of weeks ago. I find being part of a program is motivating for me. I love the app – tracking my food and activity. I am looking forward to shedding 30lbs over the course of the next year. I”ve done it before, but it came back on without the accountability and tracking. Looking forward to your updates on it too!

      • Thanks Misty! I’ve already lost 13 pounds with weight watchers and now working to meet my goal. We can do this!
