Thanks Bev. I found the recording you posted here last week so I just finished listening. I love the positive projection tool! I feel like I say that about every tool so far, but I think this one will help me appreciate my positive qualities more and stop downplaying my own abilities. I think that I’m a good leader but I have a habit of focusing…[Read more]

I used to do the same. I was so hyper-focused on what I needed to improve on that I was really staying stuck in those issues. Seeing the Loving Essence in ourselves and then seeing our positive qualities reflected back to us can support us in owning our own abilities to lead, participate and connect. So happy to hear that you are working on owning…[Read more]

Chas, this all sounds great! I love yoga with Adrianne. Watching her videos is how I started to get comfortable with yoga too. It sounds like you’re on a good path. I agree with John, don’t be too hard on yourself.

Loving essence came up in my life several times today while I was driving. I found myself being very judgemental and making up stories of the lives of the people who cut me off. …. then I would say “Stephanie, this person is a loving essence who is struggling just as you are struggling”, I’d take a deep breath, move on,…. and 5 minutes later…[Read more]

Driving always gets me too, especially when I’m low energy or less connected to myself. Doesn’t seem to be an issue when I really conscious, aware and in my loving. I can let things go more when I’m in my loving. Practice is about bringing yourself back to center over and over again until you just start to stay there:)

I was talking to my mother for her day and I asked if my dad was available. He wasn’t readily available but my phone rang about an hour later and it was my dad’s cell. I told him what I needed to, regardless of what his response was going to be. His initial response is exactly what I expected it to be. I continued on and said my piece. His…[Read more]

I set my 3 foot toss around social environment during the call last week. I set the intentions to 1. Invite a friend over, 2. Take a new class, and 3. Get in touch with 2 of my cousins who live in the same city as me. Well…… tonight we are having another couple over for dinner and to watch the hockey playoff game (go Pens, eh)! This is the…[Read more]

I love everything about this, specifically all the action you are taking around this. As I was reading this I thought of watering a plant so that it grows (can you tell I’ve been doing yard work;) Our connection and relationships are the same. And usually we have to take ownership and lead if we want connection. As far as a 6 foot toss, if it’s…[Read more]

I’ve not been as consistent with my checkins this month. I just finished the video and PDF on loving essence. This will be a good practice for me because I find myself judging others a lot. I have to tell myself often that they are also struggling with this thing called life but now I’ll start practicing seeing them as a loving essence.

Overall, I’m excited for a new month and to find out what the focus of this month will be. I truly value this forum to keep me accountable throughout the month. I’ve got 2 months in and, I can tell you, I feel a difference.

Oh, this is a good one for me, I try to tell myself all the time that all of this is happening for a reason, even if I don’t know what that reason is yet. Way to roll with ith, Wes.

It is a habit. 🙂 … I don’t check in every day but make it a point to check in on the days I work from home, of which there are three. It’s enough for me where I feel connected without the stress of feeling like I “have to” do it every day. For me, checking in 2 to 3 ti es a week, I look forward to it.

Yay!!!!! You’re connected again! I trust that the travels were safe and that everyone arrived in one piece. Myself I’m excited for the new challenges that May will bring as well as the fact that now Bev and I are in the same time zone!!!

I think I might be having a light bulb moment with the internal clutter. I am sitting here thinking about my progress on this during the month of April. I can tell you that at the start of the month I had a lot of anxiety over some relationships in my life. The way I’ve been manifesting decluttering my mind is through the same approach I use with…[Read more]

Love that idea Stephanie!

Great idea!

Great progress!

This is incredible because it speaks to choosing piece in every moment. You can see ALL the opportunities to choose peace in a single thought. The more you do this, the easier it becomes until you actually don’t even have to go through the process anymore because peace will be your choice always. You def are having a light bulb moment. Enjoy!

This is wonderful, thanks for sharing! I never thought about how some of the things you listed out are also on my list of how I buy into feelings of unworthiness. Food for thought.

I finished my decluttering activities. It feels good to set a goal, make progress toward that goal, and complete the goal. I am having a harder time with the internal clutter but I keep at it. I keep telling myself living is a learning process.

Good for you! And yes, all life is for learning. Pretty sure I’ve heard Bev say that a time or two before.

Great job Stephanie! The internal clutter is intimidating, but it’s all learning like you said 🙂
-
The inner clutter is the most challenging!
-
Inner clutter is challenging because it’s often life lessons. The goal here is to intend to resolve and complete it! One step at a time.
