    I’m celebrating 11 years today! So since we are in celebration mode, let us know what has been the greatest benefit from your recovery work since you began your journey.

    • Again, Congrats! So proud to know you. The greatest benefit from my journey has been resilience. I fall less but I still fall and when I do, I’m back on track quicker than ever, looking for the learning in my falling or “failing”.     • Congrats on 11 years, so amazing! I think the greatest benefit from my recovery so far has been showing up differently in my relationships. Well really showing up at all. I’m much more present and I feel like a better friend, daughter,etc. I’m more honest than before and certainly more dependable. It makes me feel like a much better version of myself.

      • So wonderful. When we show up differently for ourselves that spills over to how we show up for our other relationships. What a great perk!
