    Self care this week has looked like:
    meditation
    journaling
    therapy
    keeping a dentist appt
    buying myself good vitamins & taking them
    doing yoga from youtube

    • I have to say I’m enjoying taking a moment to focus on and acknowledge the things I’m doing that make me feel good, rather than only beating myself up and judging myself for all the other stuff I do or don’t do…

      • We want you to look for the evidence that you are taking care of yourself. There needs to be more commitment to what’s working then what’s not so you are doing a really good thing here for yourself. Way to stay consistent with your check-ins.

        • Yes, keeping track of my self-care commitment has helped me commit to being kind to myself and acknowledge that. I love when i notice that it’s been more than once a day lol.
